Your satisfaction with the WingsPillow™ is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your WingsPillow™, you have 60 days from the date you received your WingsPillow to return it. We will refund your purchase price (minus the cost of shipping). The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. “Bill recipient” packages are not accepted.
60-Night Trial
Because there is a learning curve to properly using the WingsPillow™, please allow at least 30 nights of sleeping with your WingsPillow™ before taking steps to return it.
You will need several nights to customize the WingsPillow™ to the levels of fill that allow you to sleep in your most comfortable sleep postures. If you decide after 30 nights that the WingsPillow™ isn't for you, you can email us at info@thewingspillow.com, so your return request can begin processing.
Your refund will begin processing within 30 days once we’ve received your returned WingsPIllow™. You can begin the return process by contacting us at: info@thewingspillow.com
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
